Yes! Most requests during business hours (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm) can be scheduled for the same day, subject to availability. Weekend appointments are available for existing customers.

No. We can work with equipment you already have or help you select the best products for your needs. If you want us to supply equipment, we provide it at retail cost with no markup.
We stand behind our work. If the same issue returns within 30 days, we will come back and fix it at no additional charge. For ongoing support, ask about our maintenance plans.
Yes! We support Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Chrome OS, and Linux. Our team is experienced with all major platforms and can help with mixed-platform households.
Just make sure we have access to the affected devices and your WiFi password if applicable. If you have any error messages or screenshots, those are helpful. We will handle the rest!
Yes! Many software issues can be resolved remotely. We use secure screen-sharing tools to diagnose and fix problems without needing to visit your home. Remote sessions are billed at the same hourly rate.
