Our story
We are Shaun and Greg, best friends since we were kids, now two dads trying to build something real.
Between us, we have spent years in the corporate technology world. Shaun in infrastructure and security, Greg in software development. Big companies, big systems, big headaches.
One day we asked each other why we were doing this for large corporations when the businesses around us needed the same expertise and could never get it without a sales process and a junior tech.
So we started IT Bros Pro. No account managers. No handoffs. Just two people who have done the work, working directly with you.
The team
Shaun Kellogg
IT Consulting
Shaun has spent more than a decade in managed services and enterprise infrastructure, most recently as Director of Network Operations for a managed service provider. He leads the network and security side of IT Bros Pro: design, deployment, monitoring, and hardening.
His background covers network engineering, server administration, and security management at scale. He has overseen performance across internal and client-facing networks and run endpoint security for more than two thousand devices across an MSP. He works hands-on with Fortinet firewalls, Microsoft 365, and the rest of the stack a modern business runs on.
He left the day to day of corporate IT for a simple reason. The businesses that needed this expertise the most were the ones least likely to get it without a sales process and a junior tech. Now they talk to him directly.
Greg Diaz
Software Consulting
Greg is a full stack software engineer with more than twelve years of experience. He spent over eight years as a senior software developer at an e-commerce company, then moved through senior full stack roles building and shipping production applications.
He works across the whole stack, from data models and APIs to the front end, and he cares as much about how a tool feels to use as about whether it works. When a spreadsheet has quietly become the thing a business runs on, Greg is who you call to replace it with something real.
Like Shaun, he came up through years of professional software work and wanted to build directly for businesses, without account managers or handoffs.
